Refund and Cancellation Policy
Divine Touch Healing Academy has no refund policy on transactions after the payment process has been completed.
Memberships:
If you are a member of Divine Touch Healing Academy’s membership packages and want to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time, however you will not be refunded for your current membership.
Membership on Divine Touch Healing Academy is a paid service and offers subscriptions on monthly, bi-annual or annual basis. The membership is a single membership and it is intended by use for the paid member only. The contents of the material are not to be shared with non-paying members and multiple users on one account can result in banning your continued use of our service.
Courses:
If you have enrolled in events or courses which require a prepayment, the prepayment is considered to be a non-refundable deposit to participate in the event and will not be returned if you decide not to attend the event. Event payments are due in full prior to attending the event and when the payment is processed are considered non-refundable.
Products:
No return or exchange will be made if you are unsure about the design, effectiveness, size or colour after delivery. Goods once sold will not be taken back as gem stones and healing products tend to absorb energies of their owners. So, we request you to make a careful and sensible decision before purchase.
Please be informed that we do not encourage buy back or exchange of used gem stones / healing products. Dealers who Buy-back or Exchange used/old gemstones work on business model where already used gemstones are passed on to the new customers without their consent.
Divine Touch is committed to providing 100% new gemstones specially energized for their customers, along with an authenticity certificate from Government authorized certificate agencies.
No Returns/Refunds Applicable.
Please ensure that you share the complete and correct delivery address in case of online orders to ensure package is delivered correctly.
Shipping and Handling Policy:
Divine Touch offers shipping to all cities across India & Worldwide.
For all non-serviceable areas Speed Post shipping method will be the alternative option provided instead of courier services.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country's customs on arrival. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.

We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner with only reputed national couriers.

We offer Standard Shipping Worldwide, if you opt to expedite your shipment you can make an additional payment by contacting us through online payment transfers (credit/debit card transactions) or net banking, or PayPal.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Minimum delivery time is 3 days, and maximum delivery time is 2 weeks depending on your location.

We shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for reason of delay caused due to the courier agency.

We shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.
International Shipping and Handling Times
Domestic orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday).
Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.
International deliveries could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the country and customs procedures on arrival. If there are any applicable duty charges, they are to be paid by the customer at the arrival of the goods.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
